Always a good move, going here for dinner. We've used the Bengal Brasserie pretty much since it opened, here and there. The quality has always been consistent. Their Sali Chicken is probably one of the most delicious curries in town! Can't say I'm a fan of the new style garlic mushrooms (seem to have coconut cream in..?) so I hope... More

I was staying in Bedford on business and read other people's reviews before trying this place. The food was excellent, fresh and vibrant with lovely presentation. The lamb jalfrezi was one of the best I've had with the lamb cooked to perfection. The waiters were polite, friendly with an attention to detail. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Great straters and main dish really close to where we were staying. Nice service and good beers at reasonable prices.

I've regularly visited Bengal since it opened a few years ago and you can't go wrong! Consistently good food and always great service - everything you want when you go for a curry with friends!

I visit with different friends on a regular basis and have never been disapointed with the food or service from Bengal. Recently I believe it has changed chefs - and it has recently been really really good! Very friendly staff and efficient service - recommended!

I've eaten in and had takeaways on several occasions and they always cook a tasty meal with plenty of well cooked meat. The Wednesday deal is great if you are looking for a great value midweek meal out with friends.

I had an excellent meal last Wednesday and was all set to give them a 5 * review when the bill arrived and I found I had to pay a £3.50 supplement for a Salmon Starter which only costs £3.75 on the Menu. Wednesday's are the £9.95 three course menu which represents great value for money but I was miffed... More

A very good curry is served here, with different dishes on offer, great service and good prices. I've had many a curry so know a good one, they have served several excellent flavorful curries, tikkas and side dishes to me over a few visits.
