It was recommended to us by the couple who run the b and b we stayed it. The food was really tasty and very well presented. It wasn't very expensive considering the quality of the food and we the staff were very friendly as well.

Having wanting to go to this pub for a while and having friends down we finally had our chance to go here sat 3/09 and what a meal it was. Small menu but a fair choice we all could of had several dishes on there. Decided to go for just mains and a dessert because looking on the size of... More

Id' organised a party of 12 for Saturday evening which increased to 13 less than 2 hours before we were due to sit down. I know this needed a fairly major furniture re-organisation but all done with efficiency and not a hint of a complaint. Service all evening was exemplary. Superb wines and fabulous food - EVERYONE had a wonderful... More

Went here for Sunday lunch, haven't been in here for many years but was very impressed. From the outside the place looks a little shabby and ordinary, which is a shame as this hides what is a friendly, comfortable pub/restaurant with excellent food. House specialties are fish but the ordinary menu on a Sunday also contains the normal roasts plus... More

We choose somewhere different each time to have a family meal. We like a round table to accommodate 8 of us. The staff were very friendly, polite and efficient and the food was good.

I knew this would be good when I realised there was a separate fish menu for the daily specials and we were not disappointed. The evening started well with the gentle and efficient service of the waitress who was excellent. I always love it when the waiter/ess who took the order can remember who ordered what, which shows they are... More

Suggested by Timbers B & B owner Alan (who is a chef). Alan called ahead to make sure we could get a seat. The Treble Tile was easy to find, plenty of parking available. Atmosphere is warm and inviting, staff welcoming . Bar has cocktails as well as a nice selection of wine and beers. The menu is a amazing... More

This place is a read gem. Friendly staff, great food and very reasonable. It looks a bit dodgy from the outside but the inside is very clean and pleasant.
