We went here looking for breakfast. If only I'd read reviews beforehand! The service wasn't very good - they got our order wrong. The Full English that we ordered was SWIMMING in so much oil! And did not taste nice. The toilets I don't think had been cleaned from the night before! They were filthy, sticky and the cubicle I... More

Went here for breakfast on Sunday. Took a long time to be served as only one bar staff on at the bar that we were waiting at. Friendly service from the young lady. Ordered drinks and food. Food came relatively quickly -full English and breakfast bap, cutlery was dirty and I had to go and get some more. It did... More

Called in as my son fancied a Carvery, there was hardly any veg there and when the veg came out my son asked if he could return to get some he was told no in an unfriendly bark by a male member of staff who was more interested in pulling than serving. The staff need some serious training in customer... More

Was an ok pub, had a carvery and a meal off the menu, carvery was nice, the ham egg and chips not so. In the evening we visited again for a drink, outside tables were filthy from lunchtime and rubbish all on the floor.

We had an evening meal here when it wasn't very busy. Food was ok, staff friendly enough, nice view from upstairs, but no ketchup and the cider pump was off (although noticed both were available downstairs!).
