Stayed overnight on way to Crufts with our dog, lovely room with a private entrance, fabulous location on canal. Had a very tasty dinner in pub very reasonably priced. Breakfast was good too, made to feel extremely welcome, even the dog! Will definitely use again...More

Lunch was absolutely perfect (cheese & ham bagette, salad & crisps, Guiness & Prosecco) contemporary surroundings (including canal side location) would most certainly recommend & would not hesitate to re-visit if in the vicinity, try it yourself, don't think you would be disappointed.

If you like country & canal walks, along with lakes & nature reserves then you will not be disappointed. Probably around a comfortable hours walk is Kingsbury village. Interesting church & out buildings alongside river (didn't find much else). En-route you pass a really nice Tea house, have fun.
