We were first to arrive, just as the restaurant opened at 18:00 and were offered any table we’d like to choose. Drinks were swiftly offered, ordered and delivered from a well chosen and appropriate wine list. We skipped starters, probably a mistake but time was...More

Fortunate to get a table on a busy evening, the two waitresses were most helpful and very industrious. The Albariño wine on the list is outstanding. Great inventive starters and main courses. All well seasoned and presented. Good ambience in the restaurant. We will return...More

Easy to find, very pleasant restaurant in the centre of Poole. Lovely relaxed interior and the restaurant was fully booked (Tues night). The food was fresh, beautifully presented but we were a little disappointed with our meals. The 'deconstructed' curry and seafood pasta were a...More

The ‘problem’ with Poole is that there are so many restaurants and over the years we tended to stick to our favourites, a habit that the closure of Corkers forced us to change and to spread our wings somewhat. So finally we came to add...More

This place was fantastic. Some of the best seafood we’ve had in years. Fantastic waitress and great wine list. Would definitely come back!

This place came highly recommended and I can see why. Great staff, great ambience, amazing food. Limited menu but something for everyone. Flavours were amazing and all freshly cooked and cooked your way if needed to be i.e. fish filleted rather than on the bone...More

Dear Holibobsue, What a shame that you did not enjoy your visit to us, especially as you say we have been one of your favourite restaurants since we opened many moons ago! (this being your first review of STORM). There are a few points I...More

Description
We are family owned restaurant specialising in home-cooked fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. Everything is made on the premises - from the homemade bread and marinated olives, to the petite fours at the end of your meal. We pride ourselves on using as much local fish and produce as possible, using fish that is sustainable and meat of which we know the source and is matured naturally and raised without anitbiotics. Peter Miles started the restaurant in 1999 and is as passionate about it now as he was then. Together with Paolo, Head Chef/Manager and the team at Storm we look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant soon.
