My husband booked this restaurant as a surprise. Having pre-booked a table we found the restaurant with ease. Virtually all the tables were taken and the atmosphere was mellow and happy. The food smelt delicious and the menu had a great choice of starters and mains so we were spoilt for choice. I love fish and shell fish, however my... More

This was our first visit having been recommended Storm by a family member. It will not be our last even though we live many miles away in London. The Food, Service and Atmosphere was spot-on for our taste - our Fish taste. Being fish lovers we now love Storm as well. Prices? Very surpisingly reasonable considering the price of Fish... More

Really good food. Been quite a few times and the food and service is always attentive and they have a really great level of quality in the food. The oysters are really big; probably some of the largest I've ever had. The amuse bouche was a nice touch also. Only criticism is that the cheese course wasn't that great and... More

Visited on the reviews from other diners. Easy to walk past this small restaurant without noticing it, what a loss if you do ! Called in on a quiet evening between Christmas and New Year. Immediately the atmosphere and the delicious cooking smells reminded us of Spain or Portugal. A very warm welcome from a charming waitress, who despite being... More

My fiancé and I visited yesterday evening after traveling from Salisbury where we are holidaying for a week. We arrived just as they were opening and were met by a friendly "hello" from a very pleasant member of staff. We both ordered the deep fried sprats and the whole plaice with chilli and noodles followed by a mixed desert. The... More

We visited recently after hearing consistently good reviews from friends. The restaurant had a really warm ambience and I loved the food. I had the Goan fish curry. You could taste how fresh the ingredients were. Everything was just delicious - we'll definitely return.

The last time we wet to Storm for dinner we were disappointed because the fish was not up to their usual standard, my wife likes the Sea bass ,so we gave the restaurant a miss for a couple of months. But on impulse we went back and had dinner . I had cracked crab and my wife had sea bass... More

According to the Sunday Papers their claim to fame is the use of fish caught by the proprietor that day. That may be true but the rest of the experience is average. Nothing awful - just everything acceptable. But pricey for what it is.

We are family owned restaurant specialising in home-cooked fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. Everything is made on the premises - from the homemade bread and marinated olives, to the petite fours at the end of your meal. We pride ourselves on using as much local fish and produce as possible, using fish that is sustainable and meat of which we know the source and is matured naturally and raised without anitbiotics. Peter Miles started the restaurant in 1999 and is as passionate about it now as he was then. Together with Paolo, Head Chef/Manager and the team at Storm we look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant soon.
