Didn't eat here so can't comment on the food. Big pub, close to the waterside so a good location when in Poole. Reasonable prices as you would expect from Wetherspoons and tidy inside.

Despite the bar service being rather slow (it was v busy) the food was plentiful, tasty & very reasonable. Judy what you need for a family meal. Adults only upstairs though, grrr.

We had a few trips to this place, and while the Wetherspoons prices and quality was there to be seen. I thought the place could have been a bit ‘tidier’ especially table clearance. Which in my opinion wasn’t as slick as other Wetherspoons are. There...More

For a reasonably priced meal and lowest price for drinks in Poole you cannot beat The Quay. Our meal was very good and the bottle of wine were great value for money/

Description
JD Wetherspoons The Quay is located on the bustling quayside overlooking Brownsea Island and the World's second largest natural harbour. During the summer months The Quay plays host to various events from classic cars and motorbike nights to pirate family fun days and fireworks nights! A little bit of History: The Quay was the name of the existing pub, taken over by Wetherspoon in March 2004, and has occupied this former warehouse since c1996. In Tudor times, the Quayside was called the Great Quay, even though it was less than 200 feet long! The Little Quay was added and further extended in the late 18th century. This was the New Quay, where this pub and warehouses and wharves were built.
