Excellent atmosphere, good service and good food. We were allowed to stay for as long as we liked. Priced reasonably.

My friends and I had a delicious tapas meal, last night, with a wide variety of dishes included. I had the Dark Chocolate Moelleux for dessert.....it was absolutely fantastic. I can thoroughly recommend this best kept secret of Poole. I live here, and it's one of the best restaurants to eat in..... but don't tell anyone!

I frequently eat here for a breakfast or tea. The service is not always top notch but it is a lovely location especially when sunny.with young girls generally running it, who perhaps are less experienced , The cakes are delicious. The prices are pretty steep though for a cafe. One comment, we recently had a cream tea, the scones were... More

A bit of a pain to find parking as it was busy but what a lovely little place. We came here for breakfast and really enjoyed it, so thank you! The service was a little slow at first but it's understandable as it was fairly busy, apparently it's usual to be busy - we phoned ahead and booked a table.... More

We have lived locally for many years and have heard a lot about South Deep - always good. We have never previously visited and were impressed by our lunchtime experience. I can imagine that access might be a problem at weekends but actually there is plenty of parking in the marina, alongside Turks Lane or through the footpath to Elms... More

Why they call this restaurant a cafe is beyond me . It is a lovely restaurant set in the middle of the marina and very near to the waters edge .There is plenty of outside seating for sunny days and a beautiful covered beach bar (open till 10.45 ) with views over the bay .There is plenty of parking and... This was recommended as something different so my expectations were high. It was frustrating that there is no access to the car parks at weekends so you have to park on the road and walk. There is no toilet in the cafe but a very nice clean toilet in a hut across the way but there is only on so... More

This small restaurant has it all really. Great location, great staff, excellent food, well presented & a good choice available. A definite place to go back to for something special but not at all pretentious

We love it here, I pop in nearly every week for a post walk coffee with my friends. If the weather is nice you can sit outside with your dog. If you'd like to go for a meal its wise to book as it can be very busy. The food is always great quality and the staff are very friendly... More

Hidden away, but a great place to call in for a casual drink, coffee or tea and cakes or if you book: for a great lunch or dinner. Ideal location for sitting out in sunny weather looking over the nearby water.
