In all honesty we should have known better - friends were visiting and we were short on time so we went to the closest place that we believed would deliver. When we arrived it was very quiet and no one else was eating - this is when we should have left. The food could have been lovely but there was... More

The service was terrible, we waited about 50 mins for a lunch time meal on the Easter Monday weekend, staff were very complacent and did not attempt to apologise. Like others have said the place was little scruffy, no way does it compare with the one in Birmingham. You needed a hammer and chisel to break the crust of the... More

Very bad slow service, more than 16 min to prepare a burrito and wrap on a lonely tuesday afternoon. The attention of the bartender, was not good at all. Also, they forgot to add the sour cream on both plates... the skinny fries were not skinny, just regular and one woman came with just and sorry the bartender shouldn't offer the... More

Popped in here a couple of times over the weekend and I do love this chain, however on this occasion the glasses seemed dirty not sure if they needed renovating. We didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food but other then the glasses it's a great place for a beer or two!

My husband was therefore eating hos food whilst I had to wait for mine to come back. Food was alright but not very... More

One star is overrated. If you are already deaf and like music deafeningly loud with a Saturday night constant repetitive banging base beat then you will like this along with the other deaf Pikeys. Don't bother bringing friends though because you won't be able to communicate with them. If you like food there are better restaurants within a few yards.... More

Went out for a Friday night in Poole for something to eat, ended up in here so thought we'd give it a try. Surprisingly really nice. Tasty food that looked good and tasted fresh.
