The place was too cold and I had to keep my jacket on most of the time! Food was good but not sure whether I want to go back as I hate eating in a cold place! Surely they know a warm place is a welcoming place! I know the weather was cold yesterday but it was the same when... More

Excellent service from Chris. Super food after our annual Christmas Eve trip to the cinema. Used Tesco vouchers with no problems.

Arrived with a friend on Saturday 8:30pm, nice buzz but not full as people probably gone to watch their films. Great decor, very clean and sparkling, good 3-course offers keeping costs down. Good service and lovely pizza, generous portions. Only downside there's no calorie content but plenty to choose from if you want to keep to a calorie controlled plan.

Me and a friend popped in before I dropped him off at the train station. It was pretty quiet so we managed to get seated quickly. For starters we got the dough balls and some croquets, the dough balls were really nice but the croquets were disgusting. For mains we got a creamy chicken pasta and a pepperoni pizza, My... More

We arrived 30 minutes before they closed and they were just charming. We were not rushed and made to feel as welcome as their first customers of the day. The food was fresh and really tasty. Highly recommended!

My wife and I recently visited Ask after Zizzi cancelled our booking due to issues with their gas supply. We have visited Ask before and while the food is decent enough we've never been overly enthusiastic about it, the dishes are too 'salady', if we're dining out we want more 'meaty' dishes, and the pizzas are too thin and chewy.... Went to ask last night for dinner with my friend, I asked the waiter for a non gluten menu to be greeted with a response of "are you actually non gluten or are you being picky because it's a lot of effort to make our non gluten dishes" to which he then carried on to explain their non gluten process.... Came here last week for lunch. It was around half full. They simply didnt have enough staff on- everything took at least 20 minutes including being asked for our drinks, then getting our drinks (2 cokes- not cocktails or anything) and our mains were cold. Ive been to other ASK's and theyve been great- maybe you need to employ more... More
