Been dining here for over 5 years now at Christmas and throughout the year. Not been dissapointed yet. The food is fantastic and the service is very attentive. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

This is one of the most consistently good restaurants I have ever dined in. The Pate was exceptionally good ( made by the Chef) and the seafood gratin was beautiful. The Dover sole was perfect, all beautifully served.

Our annual visit for the Christmas menu, must make a commitment to visit more as the food never disappoints, the boat has a long history and has a unique setting and atmosphere, for the first time we were seated on the upper deck,, no real views to speak of but less tables, and a bit quieter if there are larger... We have eaten dinner here several times and think its a wonderful venue, the wood panelling and general quirkiness of the boat creates a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere. The staff are polite, attentive and well informed. The menu (French with a twist) is varied, delicious and beautifully presented and the wines on offer excellent. Its not trendy or chic... More

Excellent meal. Probably one of the best I've had. We hadn't booked and were just passing by. The menu looked good so we stopped on the off chance that they had a table. Luckily they did and we had a fantastic meal.

At the end of the business trip, we ended with a group of 15 people for diner at the Mariners. Diner quality was OK, location was OK, service was OK. Nothing special apart from the fact that diner was served on a ship. Since I have invited and have no idea on the prices, I can only quote on what... More

This is a fantastic place to take your partner. We had a booking at 6:30pm. It was quiet and the service was impeccable. The food was some of the best i have ever tasted. I have now booked for new years eve as my girlfriend and I fell in love with both the food and the venue.

I have booked Mariners for my husband's birthday recently as I wanted something special for him. I could not have chosen better. The place is unique and quaint and the food was amazing. However, its the staff that work there that made our visit even lovelier as they were so friendly, attentive yet professional. They agreed to bring out the... More

My partner booked for my birthday which happened to be on the Beaujolais Evening and it was as always a lovely evening . We didn't have the Beaujolais as the normal wine list is so good with lots of choices and we wanted something from there. The food has never let us down and the service is always spot on.... More
