Situated on the outskirts of Ipswich Town. 10 mins walk in to town centre. A small public house which serves good selection of quality food. Parking nearby if you are unable to get a space in the small tear car park. Well worth a visit.

Stopped off at the Greyhound for lunch and a few beers before the match. Nice welcoming clean pub and the staff were friendly. There was 5 of us and we all ordered different meals and they were all exceptional and there was clean plates all round. The meals we washed down with a few pints of the very tasty Adnams... More

Friendly traditional local pub, full of local characters...staff and patrons! Food is always very good, fresh and big portions. Can particularly recommended a fave of mine...the cheeseboard, great choice of cheeses, plenty of it and they don't skrimp on the crackers! Even better, order it with a side of their amazingly fresh granary bread, it's a meal in itself! Chili... More

Lovely pub that welcomed dogs and children. The staff were all friendly and breakfast was good, with help yourself orange juice and tea/coffee was offered when we arrived. Would recommend to people, especially if you want to have a nice breakfast and catch up with friends.

Good food - we all ate from specials board which seems the thing to do as it was all really tasty. Massive portion of haddock and chips with mushy peas, chicken peanut with rice (think curry not whole piece of chicken) and harissa lamb burger Good choice for veggies and dogs are allowed. People running and working in the pub... More

A friendly place, a short walk from the town centre. Reasonably priced and it had the best chili cheese nachos ever here. Clean and good costumer service. Keep it going!

Breakfast available on Sundays from 10am. Suggest booking to ensure a table. Nice real pub inside, lovely outside seating and tables. Pub is dog friendly. Good menu choice, but go for the full English. Good selection of good quality food items, very well cooked and presented. Plenty on the plate so you will go away full-up. All in the one... More

We've been coming to the greyhound for quite some time and love the food here, consistently good and very friendly service. I'd like to add that the owner made right with us after a little misunderstanding and we so appreciated that, it takes a big person to apologise and that is what makes a man. Fantastic service from the gorgeous... More
