The thin, camp, arrogant manager (or assistant manager) seems to think he's running the Ritz with an attitude to match. Poor attitude towards customers - he thinks he's above them.
As for the meal - not impressed - very chewy, cheap chicken. Very poor experience.

With Prezzo the menu is the same, so it's the venue staff and cooking which provides the variances.
I visited 6 times since I started work in Ipswich at lunchtime.
I like the low calorie options and especially the pasta and salad dishes.
