After calling here rather unexpectedly ( we were going to the restuarant down the street but it was full) we had a meal and were not dissapointed. I had a burger and my wife had chilli. Both dishes were prepared well and very tasty. They have a nice seating area outside and as we were lucky with the weather we... More

We booked a table for two and went for the stone steaks. Outstanding service and food, nothing was to much trouble. Paddy was an excellent host and spent time with you. We will be back again when we are in the area.

We visit Llandudno nearly every month for 2 or 3 days at a time, so we eat out while we're there. We've had drinks in the queen victoria quite a few times but never eaten there ......until now. The food was ok, not brilliant. I don't agree that dogs should be in a restaurant, its very unhygienic. The staff were... More

We had lunch last Monday and were so impressed with the food that we booked for 12 of us to go for a meal on the Friday night. The pub was brilliant. They put tables together to accommodate us, put us under no pressure to get our order in - we'd booked for 7pm but probably didn't order for at... More

We have been to this pub a few times now and have never been dissapointed. Very dog friendly with a good range of drinks and good menu on a comfortable atmosphere. Food is always very nice with good portions.

With walls covered in images of Llandudno as it was during its heyday, the pub can have seen little change within. This is not a bad thing, indeed it all adds to the atmosphere of a traditional pub. Efficient and welcoming staff, beers are good with plenty of choice and accompanied by a traditional and tasty menu.

We popped into the pub for just a drink and not food as it was very busy. Wales football team had won that day so it was packed with men. The bar service was really quick considering the amount of people. We checked the menu and it seemed quite good.
