We have recently moved to Llandudno, and are currently trying different restaurants, we have tried 10 so far...up to last Saturday, SeaHorse was No.1, but has now slipped into No.2...which is Not Bad...However...3 out of the 4 x main courses have been exceptional, but one was disappointing on Saturday...The Lamb Rump was 50% fat and not good, which is surprising... Enjoyed an excellent meal yesterday evening. Three courses for £30 was great value for the quality presented. Seafood packed with rich flavours. Fine wine recommendation which did not break the bank. This is a great place to go for a special meal at the end of your holiday.

A very nice restaurant and atmosphere. We both had lovely meals and would recommend. Just the price that was a tad too much

We visited this week 17/08/2016 for a meal prior to Little Shop of Horrors at Venue Cymru. The restaurant as recommended by friends and we were advised it was essential to book. I would agree. Despite having a fixed menu there was a wide enough variety on the menu along with a wide addition of the specials board. My wife... More

We purposely looked for a seafood restaurant, however as I am vegetarian and don't eat fish I didn't hold out much hope for a good meal for me. My husband had the lobster, and I had one of the tastiest risottos ever. The plate was full of tasty well thought out food, beautifully cooked and with obvious care taken. The... More

Recommended by No.9 Guest House- food was amazing. The largest plate of muscles I'v ever seen to start and seafood spaghetti. My boyfriend had crayfish risotto then a fillet steak and prawns. Lovely waitress, really impressed.

My husband and I ate here this weekend after reading good reviews. We were very impressed with both the food and service. The specials board only added to an already impressive menu. I had monkfish wrapped in parma ham with risotto which was delicious and my husband had seafood spagetti which her throughly enjoyed. The fixed price menu is a... More

While my husband wasn't crazy about his fish (combo of tuna and swordfish, both a bit overcooked and bland), my steak was outstanding. The filet with peppercorn sauce melted like butter in your mouth. So, I guess we can't recommend them for seafood unless they were having an off-night but the beef is highly recommended!

Everytime I visit Llandudno I make sure I plan an evening meal at the seahorse restaurant. The food is excellent, prices are reasonable & the venue suits the location. The only thing I would say is staff are very slow when it comes to taking payment, 4 tables had to go to the waitress station and pay there just so... More

Passed this restaurant on a day trip to Llandudno. Liked the look of the menu so before heading home decided to pay a visit. Loved it - welcoming staff, warm atmosphere, the aroma of delicious food being cooked and the gypsy kings playing through the speakers. Although busy, they were able to squeeze us in. The waiters were attentive and... More
