Our second visit and loved it still, the chocolate and beetroot cake is amazing, the menu is just too good to choose! Will definitely be coming back!

We come here regularly. Best coffee house in Eastbourne. Food is good, varied choice. Paninis, sarnies, soup, flatbreads, scones, tea cakes etc. All very tasty. Cakes are brilliant. Normally 4/5 to choose from and different types on most visits. Coffee superb. Also do fruit smoothies which are top notch. Highly recommend.

I go here regularly and the flatbread pastrami and pickles and a cappuccino is always my choice as it's just so good. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Sometimes go to the one in the Towner art gallery if I can't be bothered to go into town .

Best coffee in town and ALL food is fab. Try the goats cheese and red onion chutney panini and custard tarts - to die for. Great amenable staff too.

Service was brilliant, person who served us was very friendly and helpful. Avocado and bacon dish was tasty. Good range of choice on the menu. Restaurant itself has a good style. No complaints.

We have many coffee shops in Eastbourne but The Urban Ground cafe is far superior to the others. The staff are very welcoming and we were served quickly. We ordered a warm filled coissant and a warm Pastrami in Lebanese flat bread with gherkins both of which were delicious. The coffee and the tea was also very good and I... More
