On a gorgeous November morning, a full Welsh Breakfast was just the ticket before we left Newgale beach & lovely Pembrokeshire for the long drive home to north Wales. Excellent coffee, delicious & generous breakfast, efficient service. Would definitely return.

The service here was appalling. Just for a cup of tea and a scone we had to wait 15 minutes. Nice cup of tea but never in my life have I had a scone with a soggy wet bottom as it has been put in the microwave to warm. The scone was replaced after asking but disappointed with the general... More

A large group of us met here for coffee and cakes before a walk in the area. Coffee is good I had a large cappuccino and it is large! They also do latte, mocha, americano, various teas, the cakes looked lovely but I managed to resist. One downside is some of the tables are very close together, meaning when its... More

I have visited Sands Café on many occasions but this is my first review. After a wonderful walk on Newgale sands the café provides great breakfasts, home made soups and salads, hot chocolate and cakes or ice cream depending on the season. Open all year round!

We visited for lunch following a morning of surfing on the gorgeous beach just across the road. There was a decent selection of food and even though the cafe was very busy we were still served in a very reasonable amount of time. The paninis were lovely and I tried the homemade hummus followed by an ice cream cone -... More

The cafe serves visitors and surfers and if you are expecting luxurious surroundingso then you will probably be disappointed. However it is a friendly busy establishment serving excellent coffee and food in a beautiful position. What more could anyone ask for.

Following a very windy weekend camping we stopped here for breakfast on our way home back to Swansea. Have to say the veggie breakfast and myy wife,s skinny breakfast was very nice very helpful staff and it certainly made up after a very windy night in the tent

After being surfing we went to Solva for lunch.....everywhere was shut for food so we returned to Newgale. The Sands café kitchen was closing in 10mins but they made us all beautiful food and saved me from passing out! It was delicious, healthy and very filling. Definitely will be eating there next time we've been surfing rather than going to... More

I wanted something light but tasty and chose the mushroom/bacon omelette, I think it rated as the worst omelette I have ever eaten - or rather didn't eat. It was thin, leathery and extremely dry, awful. My friend had hummus that was unlike anything I have ever seen or she had eaten. I don't think we will risk another visit.

I went to Sands Cafe today with my Girlfriend and some friends. Me and my girlfriend both wanted to order burgers. I asked for two burgers and the chef kindly told me that she makes them by hand and has only one left. Which was not a problem. So I ordered the chicken and red pesto salad for my girlfriend... Description
Newsurf's Sands Cafe is on the same main road between Haverfordwest and St Davids as the surf shop with beautiful views of the pebble bank and sea from your table. We serve a range of food including sandwhiches, toasties, paninies, burgers, soups and salads as well as a number of homemade cakes and biscuits. Ideal for relaxing after a day enjoying the sun at Newgale or perhaps to pick up an energy boost after an activity at Newsurf. We serve a selection of specialty "Tea Pig" Teas and strive to use the best ingredients for our coffes and meals. We hope to see you soon!
