Fantastic village taverna....great location just off the village square in the picturesque Kathikas. Very welcoming host, attentive service and went out of her way to ensure the vegan in our party was well catered for. Very tasty garlic bread served with the usual dips and...village salad; the moussaka and keftedes (Greek meat balls) for mains were delicious. With the bill was served some complimentary small sweet desserts, which rounded off a lovely meal. Price was reasonable, €45 for 3 of us with a drink each. Highly recommended, a must visit.More

We visited this lovely restaurant recently with family. They offer traditional Cypriot food - amazing dishes, quantity was overwhelming and the customer service perfect! Nothing more we could ask.. Definitely recommended :) Neofytos Makris

A very good quality of traditional Cypriot meze. The pictures talk by themselves! We loved it. We’re visiting the place regularly and every time we are very pleased with their service and quality. One can have a taste of the highlights of the Cypriot cuizine...in a very beautiful picturesque environment in the middle of the village square.More

Really nice meal after a few drinks in the gin bar which is almost next door. Staff were very friendly and helpful and despite the face masks were very happy to talk about their menu. We had the cheese parcels to start and lamb chops...and the moussaka for mains all of which were really good. Good local food at a very good price - we would happily recommend it but it is probably best to book as it is very popular.More

Kathikas is blessed with several restaurants, Stekki Tou Panai, is probably the best of a very good bunch. The food is traditional Cypriot cuisine, and cooked with care. It offers so much more than the plethora of "run of the mill" restaurants where menus are...virtually interchangeable, and food average. It’s family run and Maria is the MC. It’s the first restaurant we visit when we come to Cyprus.More

It is very close to Drousheia but I don't know if there are any taxis at all in Drousheia. May be you can ask at Drousheia Heights Hotel reception for the availability of taxi service in Drousheia village...
