Family of 2 kids and 2 adults. Ordered spicy hot wings for appertizer. Not spicy and extremely dry. The kids burger was tasty, the same with the chicken burger. The bbq ribs were overcooked and had no texture and were tasteless. But by adding bbq...served with the ribs they were ok overall. Disapointed with the softdrinks. Ordered a coke, a fanta and a Sprite. The coke and fanta came in glasses filled with ice. Would guess about 15 cl of liquid, but sprite came in bottle 30 cl. Price: 50,-. When we conplained to the waiter, she said it was a new practice at the restaurant with cola and fanta. After tasting it, i have a suspicion they are pouring it from 1,5 liter plastic bottles and not a glass bottle that was pictured on the menu.. popped by for a quick after training beer. a nice shaded outdoor seating on a pedestrianised street allowed me to sit and watch the world go by. after a beer a quick wander around the block im search of a restaurant brought me back to...the happy elefante for dinner i am not usually one to pick ribs from a menu, as more often than not i end up disappointed either by tenderness or by lack of meat. this restaurant did not disappoint on either and with fries and side included the price was very fair. with interesting sounding burgers on the menu and a few nights left in town i may well be back!More

We were six friends who wanted to Get some food after a long day. We saw this resturant on Google and it looked really Nice. After meeting the straff (who where very silent and didn’t help Much) we ordered. we ordered Three tikka masala burgers,...One pulled pork and One spicy burger. After a long time we finally got our food. First of all the portions were SO SMALL, compered to the expensive price But it looked good so i was excited to try. When we started eating all of us noticed that the burgers were completely cold. It wasn’t WARM AT ALL. But all of us was starved out so we are it anyways (because we didn’t want to wait for new food) One of my friends got their order wrong aswell, and the tikka masala burger didn’t have enough mest at all. I payed 167 kr and got about three chicken bites on my burger. To sum up i was very dissapointed and i will never come here again and i will never reccomand tgis place ever.More

The cozy place and friendly staff of the restaurant was amazing, the food is superb! I highly recommend this Elefante grill & rest. Good Job guys!!!

The food was very nice specially the pulled pork burger and the cheesy fries. The staff was very polite and fast. Recommend for a chilled evening!

Its a pub with a good variety of beers. The walls are covered with americana memorabilia. It's a good ambient for friends or co-workers. Tried the burger with blue cheese. Different and good. Would try other varieties too.

I had the bbq burger and the riesling wine. It was a wonderful experience with good food and a nice wine.

Good service with friendly people and good atmosphere. The burger with blue cheese on the other hand was well done and dry, and probably deep fried first before it was grilled. It fell apart before eating it. The mayonnaise coming with the fries was dry...and with a crust on top, like it had been standing all day.More

Definitely place to recommend in Alesund, very stylish with good music, we ate burgers and the kids and us was very satisfied with taste and size of the portions. Staff was smiley and friendly, everything was for 👍.
