This restaurant had no vegan options on the menu but the chef was happy to exchange the cheese and cream in the vegetarian fajita for some extra guacamole, earning the three stars I chose for this review. The vegan made fajita plate was really good...More

A local business friend and I had dinner on a January Wednesday. We each had a single main course (~200 NOK) and 0.6 l of draft beer (110 NOK). My fish stew was very good. By Norwegian standards, I think, good value. The location, by...More

Ordered a thaisoup. It was on the starter menu so it was rather small. The soup was a bit to creamy and sweet for my taste, but ok. The no sugar coca cola on the other hand was awful. Tasted syntetic, a bad bad dispenser...More

Nothing fancy, just food. Food is good and value for money is good. They have the same menu as all other Egon Restaurants, so if you have been to one- you pretty much have the same experience in the next one you visit.

We popped in for an early dinner before catching our evening flight. We found a table for all 6 of us upstairs. The decoration is very nautical, with photos of the old shipbuilding docks and bric-a-brac dividing the seating. The atmosphere is very relaxed and...More

Visited them for dinner on a weeknight and was pleasantly surprised by a lovely restaurant with plenty of choices on both drinks and food. Menus available in various languages were a massive and well appreciated surprise that as tourists we came to love. Prices are...More

Visited twice and chose a few dishes off their starter menu. Food was good, house wine ( reisling) very nice. Had some vouchers for our second visit much appreciated. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nice view over the waterfront.

I walked in here on my own for a quick dinner. They made an effort of finding a table on a busy evening. I appreciate that. Ordering is like in most English pubs, at the bar and pay there as well. I went for a...More
