For dinner we had the "Chef's Suggestion" and the chef suggested we eat an incredible quantity of really good food. The service was efficient and the ambience was very pleasant.

In my view this place could give a good fight to the top Chinese restaurants in London or New York. Not cheap but then, what is cheap in Oslo? Very tasty, nice size portions, and watch it when you ask fir extra spicy!

I was wonderfully impressed by Dinner. They have good service and fantastic food. We didn't have to wait too long for the food and the price tags aren't ridiculous. Loved it and will definitely be returning.

first thing one notice when enter a fine dine is ambience/interior, which was good. Service was very slow; we waited for 25 minutes after finishing Appetizer for Main course. They took wrong order. We ordered grilled vegitables and what we were served was grilled Asparagus. We got confused as they joined 2 appetizers in 1 tray. It was when we... More

We where 5 persons having a dinner in Dinner. Since we have been there a couple of times before, we where expecting that we should have a very godo experiense, but this time we feel that the service level have gone down. Chinese food are normally priced quite cheap in Norway, but on Dinner they market themselves as "high class... More

We have tried Peking duck here and that was superb. The first time we paid Dinner a visit they where located where Oriental is holding house, years ago. There has been several meals here touching my spice-limit and above. For me the medium spiced is above the limit for most dishes.

This restaurant has wonderful food and the standard of service is pretty high. But one thing that ruins the experience is the endless stream of nonsense music from the ceiling speakers. I have been there for business dinners now a few times and we have seriously considered leaving. It's mostly just endless drumloops and synth pads that you normally will... More

Dinner Restaurant has served food from our Szechuan and Cantonese kitchen in the heart of Oslo since 1989 and are proud to continue offering our guests an exciting journey through Chinese food culture. Traditionally, the Chinese meal consists of many different dishes that are shared between guests at the table in order to create a more social dynamic around the meal time. Our menu is structured in such a way that this style of eating is possible with us. Please ask your waiter if you would like to know more about the dishes and produce used. We would also like to share that all of Dim Sum is made here in the restaurant and the Mango Pudding is still made by the same cook that made it back in 1989.
