I have been there twice with business associates, and eaten very good chinese food. :) This place serves chinese in a more exciting way, and a bit more expensive. The crispy duck as an appetizer is very good. Next time I'll try it as a maincourse. 😄... More

We had dinner in the restaurant this evening. Everything was really good. Food tasty and nicely presented. Service was good too. Expensive but worth the visit. Place well deserve the Micheline recommendation. Well done.

This is the top Micheliin Chinese restaurant in Oslo and is very expensive. For travellers it may be a oncer and we could eat elsewhere for less than half the price.

We celebrated our 5 year anniversary there and wasn't disappointed. Great food and fantastic service, but be aware, it cost a lot more than other Chinese restaurants! We had a 7 course tasting menu, and what a show they gave. Best f

Very high end restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. At least that's what I thought until the food I ordered arrived. A few bites into the meal, I chew something very hard and pointy. I thought it was some kind of spice but upon further inspection I realized it was small wooden splinters. Like a wooden toothpick that's been chopped into... More

We did not expect to walk into this gem of a restaurant. Our hotel was right next door and our group of friends decided to explore the area. Right across the national theatre with the towering statue of renowned playright HENRIK IBSEN, stood this unassuming restaurant. With its Michelin star rating and TRIP ADVISOR stickers outside, our gourmet batch of... More

High quality Asian restaurant. Great food and good ambience. Minimalistic interior. A bit dark place. Food and wine list are excellent.

Description
Dinner Restaurant has served food from our Szechuan and Cantonese kitchen in the heart of Oslo since 1989 and are proud to continue offering our guests an exciting journey through Chinese food culture. Traditionally, the Chinese meal consists of many different dishes that are shared between guests at the table in order to create a more social dynamic around the meal time. Our menu is structured in such a way that this style of eating is possible with us. Please ask your waiter if you would like to know more about the dishes and produce used. We would also like to share that all of Dim Sum is made here in the restaurant and the Mango Pudding is still made by the same cook that made it back in 1989.
