Staff is very friendly. The chicken avocado sandwich and hamburger are awesome. Beer is cold. Very cozy restaurant close to museums.

Wonderful place. Very quaint place, family owned, and just. Lovely experience. I would recommend if you take the boat ride out of Oslo, you stop here.

A very enjoyable oasis on Bygdoy, great and we'll made food, tasty burgers, crisp fries, wonderful salads. Very friendly and helpful service, Cosy atmosphere.

It's a bit of a walk from the main museums but worth it. It is simple, home cooking and is delicious, creating an excellent break between museums with indoor and outdoor dining. While maybe not fluent, the staff spoke more than enough English so that...it wasn't a problem conversing if you don't speak Norwegian. Only warning is that the serving sizes were QUITE large so plan accordingly.More

We stopped here while visiting all the museums on the peninsula. It is the most charming cafe with a friendly hostess. The food was amazing! The meal was plated like an expensive restaurant but tasted better than many high end restaurants. Skip the museum cafeteria...and visit this hidden gem!More

A sweet traditional building, it was a beautiful day so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the sun. Had 2 very tasty homemade burgers. Friendly service in a local neighbourhood setting.
