Great find in Oslo, excellent pizza and pasta, reasonable prices. Where the locals go. Excellent downtown location, busy place.

We were looking for a tasteful Italian pizza and found the perfect one in this restaurant. The pizzas are truly tasteful and authentic. Service is good and the ambience is nice. Because we liked the pizza so much, we even had another pizza for lunch...at their other restaurant (Osteria di Mare) the day after. Definitely recommended!More

Got recommended to come here and I was happy we got our table fast, there is no reservation, so you must queue for a while to get it, but the queue was by far one of the fastest I’ve seen with this kind of concept....Ordered starters, pasta, and pizza. The pasta was the best dish, we took the carbonara and it was creamy and delicious. It had to pieces of what I think was, tried pasta in the middle of I for decoration. Not sure why it did not add anything to the dish. I think it was the owner who managed front of the house and he was probably a bit stressed and therefore not very friendly. Service over all was not amazing.More

Mamma Pizza in Oslo was unfortunately underwhelming, earning a 3/5 rating from us. The crust lacked character, and the excessive cheese thickness detracted from the overall taste. Furthermore, the distribution of meat on the pizza was uneven, with large stacks concentrated on single slices instead...of being nicely spread out. Despite these shortcomings, it was still priced as a premium pizza. Sadly, it didn't live up to the high TripAdvisor rating it boasts. A moderate choice, but there are better options for pizza lovers out there.More
