The batista at the café is a friendly guy. Talked about the café and how Norwegian like filtered café. Nice choices of food. I had a smoked salmon sandwich as breakfast. Was good. The pain au chocolat was unfortunately not a pain au chocolat at...More

Price is okay - average cafe price for Norway I guess? Food and drink variety is just what you can expect for a tiny cafe in a not-so-big museum. But "the scream" cheesecake is damn cute..

Wasn't busy when we arrived, but many tables not cleared or cleaned whilst staff standing behind the counter talking. You grab a seat, make your order at the counter, then walk back when the cup of tea is made. Pretty poor

Fresh sandwiches and cakes, good coffee. The cafe is set just outside the gift shop area. Its small, but there is ample seating and the turnover is frequent so you don't have to wait.

Had cold and smoked salmon starter that looked like an owl pellet, tasted better than it looked. Deer in teriyaki sauce was an interesting experience, however will not eat it again. Chocolate mousse above average.

Delicious snack at the kafe -- they make an amazing latte, and I got one of those heart-shaped waffles that you can put jam on -- mmmm. Worth a relaxing sightseeing break.

This is an attractive little cafe in the Munch Museum. Had tomato soup and egg, and latte there. Pleasant atmosphere.
