Popped into the Scotsman as a friend who had visited Oslo before recommended it. Felt right at home. Food was exceptional, I ordered the sea trout and honestly it was beautiful. Lovely pub and great spot of a bite to eat. Right in the heart...More

I have been at the Scotsman several times. But the quality of the food is unfortunately very variable. Last time, I waited for half an hour for fish and chips, which then arrived at the table cold. But I was so hungry by then that...More

Good food, we had burgers or fish & chips. Fine drinks, beer, apple cider, pepsi... Friendly staff, a minor mistake was quickly corrected. Thanks :) Note: order at the bar!

The burgers were ok, but the chicken wings were not; two people ordered this dish - one portion was smalling and tasting strongly of vinegar, the other was so spicy it was impossible to be eaten....We told the waiter and he just said he would...More

Two of us stopped here for a couple of drinks on a very hot summer's afternoon. The decor was fully Scottish / tartan'd up, spacious, clean and tidy (inc. toilets), with friendly, efficient staff. Cool inside and shaded outside if required. We chose the latter....More

The Scotsman is a British themed pub in the centre of Oslo. There is a variety of local and international beer on tap, the beer though is very expensive. There is a limited lunch menu that covers burgers, fish and chips and chicken wings. There...More

Me and my girl friend was here yesterday and grab some beers before Shania Twain concert. And they played only Songs to tribute to her. And the atmosphere is really good. I will recommend this+++++

Located on a walking street in the shopping district this is a great place for a drink, sit outside and watch the world go by. The staff were fun and the beer selection and mixed drinks were good.

Very good place in Oslo. Live music and very cosy seats. The decoration very attractive. The downside is that the kitchen closes at 10:30pm after that just drinks.
