We decided to go here for the advertised Turbot (piggvar) which they didn't have - a huge disappointment for such a limited fish selection. I ordered smoked duck as a starter, which was good but much more of a carpaccio than anything smoked. My wife's...More

Gamla Radhus is one of the more authentic restaurants you can find in Oslo. It is in a very old but beautifully restored building. The decoration is a mix of rustic and elegant. The menu has some very interesting choices. We stopped by here for...More

This restaurant is a must-visit. The restaurant is decorated in a historic style, complete with lovely long candles on the tables, plush curtains and tapestry-covered chairs and seats. The menu is quite limited but delightful, based on seasonal local produce and traditional foods, all presented...More

A group of us turned up only to be told that our booking was not there. In the end, the restaurant eventually accommodated us and we had fabulous food and complimentary drinks. The decor is lovely and the staff were great.
