This restaurant in the tromsø waterfront is excellent. The food and the service are very good and the atmosphere is elegant and comfortable. Mid high prices for norwegian standards.

First night in Tromso after 12 hours of travelling and I needed a nice meal in a good restaurant. Was not disappointed by any aspect of service or food. The waiter replenished the bread as often as we needed. Salmon starter excellent both in taste and presentation. The fish of the day was halibut and was well cooked and presented.... More

After reading the positive reviews about this restaurant and specially one about the delicious bacalao, we wanted to dine here too. We did not have a reservation, but we decided to make one for later the evening while on our way back to our hotel. Welcome was polite, but not very enthousiastic or inviting and we were told that there... More

This is an expensive seafood restaurant. The service is great. The menu includes whale meat, which is not an endangered species in Norway. The arctic chard and the seafood platter were both good. The whale was not my cup of tea. The site is beautiful and view of the harbor is interesting.

Service - Arrived without reservation and was told to wait to be seated but patrons who arrived AFTER me were shown a table first. Rubbish! Turns out the waitstaff has forgotten about me. Unpleasant experience on this front. Food - Ordered a mains and it's delectable. Taste and presentation were sublime. Price - On the high side, typical Norway prices.... More

As a couple arriving an hour before closing, we anticipated being rushed and having limited options. The place was still busy, and the menu is limited, but the selections were fine. I went all out with the chef special of wolf fish, which also turned out to be the catch of the day. That got me some delicious mussel soup... More

We only dined at lunch and the menu is limited. As the name implies it is a fish restaurant and there are only seafood options at lunch. The king crab was excellent as was the salmon salad, all washed down with a beautiful french chardonnay. We found the service friendly and attentive. This is not a burger bar, the food... More

Food was not bad, but way overpriced. awful service. Would not recommend going here, there are lots of better places to eat in Tromsø where the service is much better. Will not go back.

Stopped off for lunch. Sat outside in lovely weather enjoying the harbour view. The seating area was neat and clean and the colourful flower pots added to the ambience. As it was a quick lunch we just had the prawns, my wife had a glass of wine and I had a small beer - both nicely chilled. Food was excellent,... More

I was here twice with business colleagues. The food was pretentious and underwhelming ... Fortunately I was not paying for the meals.
