I took the bus to Ersfjordbotn from Tromsø senter, amazing views! But I didn’t check the timetable going back.. So I got stuck in the area for about 3 hours. Walked a lot and took nice photos. And luckily, there was Bryggejentene resto which serves...warm beverages, soups, etc. They also sell knicks and knacks. I had warm hot cocoa, and went back again for some delicious carrot soup! It was very cozy. 🙂More

We were taken here at the end of a snowshoe walk with Mauri from Tromso Outdoor -wonderful setting, delicious cake and the best coffee we had while visiting Tromso. I only wish we had more time to explore the delightful shop within the cafe.

Really nice place for having coffee and some cinnamon swirls, cakes or breakfast. The food is tasty and the whole place well located with a lovely view. The cafe also sells things like decorative items and some food. The latter is not very authentic, such...as olives, Italian finger food and amaretti. Would be much better, if they sell local specialties. Nice staff by the way, which is hard to find up here. So definitely worth a visit.More

Idyllic, incredible, and inspirational the Bryggejentene is a must stop when visiting Tromso. Located in a secluded fjord, the venue, views, and vistas are stunning. THe friendly staff were inviting and the selection of Scandinavian goods excellent. Highly recommend

This is one of my favorite places. Its a 20/30 min drive from Tromsø city but they do not disappoint. Their food and drinks are amazing, I've previously tried a sandwich with brie and apples during the summer (which was amazing) and this time I...tried the chocolate cake with salted caramel cream (also amazing). Their staff is nice and prices are decent; you definitely get more than what you paid for! An extra bonus is that after you have finished eating, you can wonder around the house as they sell a lot of unique pieces, but also the view from the outside is gorgeous on a clear day!More

I had a great experience at Bryggejenterne. I ate lunch outside with the most movielike view. Public transport is actually pretty easy if you plan in good time. From Sentrum take bus no. 420 to Eidkjosen and then change to bus no 425 to Ersfjordbotn...(thats the bustopname, walk 5 min. and you are there). I had one of my best moments of my life here. So nice!’More

This is well worth the visit, beautiful location on Ersfjord. Cozy cafe with a really fun shop with gifts and items for the home, gourmet foods. The food is mostly pastries and some sandwiches. A great place to warm up and soak in the views.

We cycled over here from Tromso, on a seperate bike path for all but the last 2 kms. Really appreciated the sandwiches and cold drinks. Lovely spot out on its own little pier. Well worth the effort

Bryggejentene is much more than a restaurant! First there is location: At the bottom of a beautiful fjord with fantastic views of mountains, the fjord and nearby fishing village. When we were there, there were 3 reindeer grazing at the beach just right across from...the terrace! The terrace is THE place to sit and enjoy your meal when the sun shines and you can soak it up. Food is great, simple, but home made and very good! And finally, there is a cute little shop, exhibiting lots of beautiful artifacts and souvenirs that surely will entice you to bring home a memory. At least you will bring along something from the bakery - wonderful! Thanks to Bryggejentene for providing such a beautiful haven! Definitely merits a de-tour from Tromsoe!More
