Good food but we had to wait one hour minimum to get the food, no apologies for the delay not even a discount, the French fries that we ordered arrived 20 minutes after we finish the food

This is our second time eating burgers here and its the same food experience. The concept is grilled burgers on the grill, but they taste way to much gasoline on it! Its so much that the taste overdues all other flavours of the burger. We...had to drink our bears up fast to killed the taste of the gasoline. Definitely not ordering burgers from the meny again.More

The app order process is hopeless and it doesn't give a feeling of service. The food it self is great, but some items like the soda is really expensive.

Only takeaway available because of corona. First thought... Poor pesentaion. The food: Good burger, but small. Onion rings without onion.... Price: Overpriced. The conclusion: Better go visit Burgerking down the street.

Ate here with a colleguae a Monday in July. Service was poor and some early misunderstandings wrt fries. I had the spanish burger and dirty spicy fries which were excellent, very good food! We had a table by the window which was dark and poor...atmosphere. Would go here again for the food, but maybe prefer take away or use the outdoor seating when there is soon.More

Good burgers when you eat there, but the take-away is something else. I was dissapointed that I was charged the same as I would if I would eat there, and the burgers and portion was a lot smaller than the portions you get in the...restaurant. We ordered the food at 1930, an hour and 30 minutes later our stomachs were rumbling with hunger and the food was finally served. One dish had to be returned to the kitchen, it was burned. The waiter ignored us when we tried to get...in contact with him and there was no apology or discount given for the long wait. This was overall a disappointing visit.More

Good food and service. The language here is english. But if you are a meet lover, you should know that this burger restaurante only serve medium to well done burgers.

Love this place! Great variety of burgers among other food. Huge drink list! Sunny outside seating and space interior seating. Friendly staff. LBQT atmosphere with flag and all that.

Excellent milkshakes and burgers! Very American style, I liked the vibe of this place and that it was close to our hotel since the wind was so powerful this day. After we went for drinks at the Radisson Sky bar

Glad I brought a book. Arrived around 13:00. Pretty place but the three bonsai trees near the door were dying, they should not be placed so close to the doors; they die in changing temperatures I think. Only fast part of the meal was the...first coffee; it arrived 2 min after ordering it. As I had plenty of time I started reading for about 30 mins; no attention from the waitor. Put down the book for 15 minutes, still no attention. After waiting 5 more I called out to get attention and eventually got to order. Waitor recommended fries with the burger; good. The burger was served with beef in steak form, it was cooked gray to the middle. Onions with almost no taste and onion rings were soggy. Reason why I do not give 1 star is that the waiters were nice though inattentive. Nice guys who lacked proper training. Will be back in the future :)More
