I love the garden concept. It needs a bit of love and attention - it seems the tables, chairs, windows need a bit of cleaning? The soup we ordered was a bit watery. The seafood mixed grill we had was divine! This is also where I had the first latte in Vienna and it was so smooth and creamy! Staff... More

In the park, in the old orangerie. Extensive wine list, ok cocktails, very nice wiener schnitzel. International atmosphere, but not over the top. I'd go again.

A really spectacular interior makes this place a must. Food is decent, prices a bit higher than average and the service ok.

We had Wiener schnitzel and sachertarte. Both were good. We were there on a Sunday afternoon. It was very busy. Our waiter was friendly but had too many tables to be able to do his work good. Place is nice. Big plants in a glass house

I just loved this place a lot. We spent a sunny spring day in here. We sat in the outdoor facing the park. Though the atmosphere in the interior is also pleasing. The food was good.

This was by far my favourite green restaurant. We went for a brunch, but we arrived to late so we had to great tomatoes soups. The greenery inside is to die for, I just loved it. the decor is amazing, just imperial. A minus for the service, the waiters are hurrying from one side to another sometimes hitting the people,... The restaurant looks like a huge greenhouse with palm trees. It was novel and felt like we were somewhere warm despite it snowing outside!! I wasn't aware of the fish specialty of the restaurant before hand but all the specials were fish which i ordered. The food was fresh and tasty. I ordered the mixed fish which was tasty but... More

Cafe with quite poor service and unfortunately had a pretty poor waiter who actually demanded we give him a tip, i only tip when the service is good, sadly service was slow and it seemed that we were not welcomed, saying that yes the pastries were rather good although again the coffee was not up to the standard you would... The Palmenhaus atrium was a beautiful setting for lunch and really warmed us up (essentially eating in a greenhouse). We didn't have a reservation but we were seated right away because we agreed to share a table with another couple. It actually made the experience more fun to get to talk to another couple and find out what brought them... More

Very nice interior..! Good Caffè and cakes. You can also take your coffee outside and enjoy the sun with the garden view.

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
