this place is a great spot to meet friends, the pita goes perfectly with a glass of beer and the ambiance in the place. during summer time the have tables outside and the little street is calm.

All they have to eat is stuffed Pitas but they were awesome. I loved the location and cozy basement like feel of the bar. We stumbled upon it and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and people watching. Friendly staff and good prices for Vienna.

The pita is similar to the tortillas we use in the US, but a little thicker. Good beer choices and pretty much only pitas to eat. Many filling choices, but if you don't like pitas... Atmosphere is a little dark. Fairly inexpensive.

Like many other reviewers, we came across this establishment by virtue of our hotel proximity. We had lunch here. They stuff pita pockets and toast them in a pizza oven. They are delicious and the small is an ample size for lunch. I had the ham, tomato, onion and cheese pocket. It was tasty. They brew their own beer which... More

We stopped here the afternoon we arrived since it was close to our Pension and our room was not ready. The house beer was very good. We shared a sandwich was different, and tasty. The sandwich did not come with anything, and was served on a plate by itself. A better presentation would help.

Kolar is typically a favourite destination of ours after a trip to the cinema, the flat breads are great, the dark beer is fantastic but the service needs some work. Typically we're left waiting until our orders are taken and it often requires a trip to the bar to get any drinks. Normally we accept this as typically Viennese until... More

After spending time in Budapest and Prague, we had sticker shock in Vienna. Luckily, this place was near our hotel, and we ate here a couple of times. Flatbreads - or what I'd call filled pita bread - served with a variety of fillings. We tried several and they were all good, filling, and relatively wholesome. It's worth mentioning that... More

Good beer: their own brand. Good food: flatbreads with loads of choice for fillings, cooked in a pizza oven. Good value: 3euro for a beer and 5euro for flatbread. Good service: very friendly. Decent chilled house music playing. All in nice atmosphere on a Sunday eve!

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
