The restaurant is close to Stephansdome which is the centre of the city. A table outside can be fun in the summer. Their salads and sandwiches are excellent and make for a wholesome meal after walking around this touristic district.

I went there for a coffee and a chocolate cake and it was really good. Every time I will be in Vienna, I will try to stop there.

Small bistrot poorly illuminated. Most of the times the few available tables are occupied so you have to sit in a big communal table with very little privacy. The place is very noisy and not relaxing at all. Prices have gone up in the last years. It is now almost as axpensive as a five star hotel. The baguette was... More

We stumbled upon this gem on a hot, sticky summer evening -- and were revived by a luscious homemade mint lemonade and the tastiest salad ever, with roasted goat cheese and a scrumptious dressing. The owner and staff were so warm and friendly that they made us feel like valued guests -- and we went back the next evening and... More

Well, lunching and dining on one long table and sitting next to a complete stranger is not everybody's cup of tea. If you are into a different dining experience and awesome, French food, this is YOUR place. Sitting outside in the summer is what you want to do: lounge at Neuer Markt with a direct view of the "Donnerbrunnen" (colloquial,... More

I went here for breakfast. The coffee was good and they made me an Americano. I tried the egg omelette and it was delicious. My wife had the bowl of fruit and it was a lot of diverse fruit chopped up and in a good portion size. Overall we really liked it and would come back again. It was busy... More

Well the location food and service were all good and we were considering this as our breakfast place of choice for our week's stay as the croque Monsieur was really good, however I asked for butter with my croissant and was surprised to see the waitress whip her electronic device and add an extra charge. We were charged €1.90 for... More

We visited Le Bol in rainy evening, ordered cappuccino, hot chocolate and lemon tarte. Nothing special, service was rather slow. What surprised us was request for tip. As minimum wage in Austria is regulated and definitely not that low, it made me to put this place for certain time on "list of never again" places. In my opinion, tipping is... More

In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
