Dinner on a Saturday night, booked last minute, but we did not have to wait too long. A good atmosphere, not too busy and service was good and quick. Food was really nice, and the local beer was also good.

We had the usual queue for a table but after 35mins Foxy gave us a warm welcome. The menu contains everything you’d expect from an American Diner. We tried the sharing platter, which arrived very quickly. It was nicely cooked and the filo vegetarian cigars...were the tastiest things on there. Drinks are overly expensive but food prices are what you’d expect for a city centre.More

Saturday night at 11 after opera, wanted a drink before apartment. Nothing but hassle, got table, finally order. Moscow mule, no mug, just glass even though they show mug on menu. Subpar at best & 12.50 Euro for bad drink. So loud it was unreal....Probably been to 10 Hard Rock, this was a terrible experience.More

First time we went to HR in Vienna - several times went to Vienna but somehow there were so many things to be done that we never made it to HR - know we took the time and here are the findings: - location -...central on the Rotenturmstrasse 25 - or RedTower street if you like. The place is actually having entrances from 2 streets and some outside seating also. We sat inside where there is a good a seating capacity - and it is air conditioned so you don't feel the hot of the summer outside. We entered through the shop - and after 5 minutes waiting we got seated. - service - fast and professional - drinks coming at a good timing and the food arrived as it was ready like in in 20 min - so really excellent waiter work and the place was loaded. Indeed the place was full - we got lucky with our table for 2 - it was full because Metallica was playing the same day in Vienna - that's why we were there also - so it was more than the usual rockers in the city and because of that for the hour we spent there there was only Metallica on the playlist - nice!! - food - on the menu you see all the classics you are used to, so all the choices are there. We went for the Jumbo Combo - a great HR signature dish... lovely. The chicken wings were particularly great.Still the entire package was great - I do recommend this if you like Tex-Mex type of food. - prices - well is not cheap but for sure its worth it - great price to quality ratio really nothing to complain - and they take credit card. Overall a great restaurant I do recommend you try it , if you want to change from the schnitzel and the pork knuckle - simply great.More

Have lunch in Hard Rock Cafe is so cool, you can see some instruments or some clothes of bands or musicians! I went there with my family and I took the Classic Club Sandwich that is absolutely incredible! The hamburgers are a bit big but...so so yummy. Waiters really kind.More

Really great friendly staff. Someone on the table next to ours had an issue with their food and they did their best to sort it out for them. The food is the usual as other Hard Rock Cafes and the cocktails are always good.

Very reasonable for Vienna, depends on what you want really but I had the best salad I’ve ever had anywhere and paid the same as I would in England.
