A meal from the '70s. Terrible atmosphere and disinterested staff. Food just awful. Stale bread. Tomato soup disgusting Pasta dish beyond belief how can you mess up and ruin such straightforward dishes ?!

Really enjoyed our meal on their outdoor patio. Half a block off Stephansplatz made for a more relaxed atmosphere than some of the more touristy restaurants nearby. Our pasta dishes were delicious. We saw some reviews suggesting this restaurant was pricy, but we found it to be reasonably priced for the calibre of food.

The food and service were impeccable, although a tad pricey! The biggest advantage for us is that we arrived into Vienna rather late, it was raining, and my friend was in a wheel chair after a mishap in Dubrovnik and this restaurant was RIGHT NEXT DOOR to our hotel.

On the recommendation of our Hotel Concierge we visited this popular Vienna restaurant for dinner and was not disappointed. Easily located very near St Stephens Cathedral, we were impressed with the decor inside the restaurant which featured the extensive use of mirrors . The ambience is very good and we felt comfortable. The staff are enthusiastic, welcoming and attentive and... More

Dined here on July 2nd. Our second visit. Classy food and classy service. Wine selections by the glass nicely add to the experience. It is relatively good value for what you are getting

This was definitely the best meal I had in Vienna, and one of the best ever! Not cheap, but worth every penny. The service was excellent as well, attentive and friendly but not intrusive. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Well, one of the most famous restaurants in Florence, right inside Palazzo Antinori. Food is really well cooked, attentive "silver spoon" service and great wine list are all features to this place. Portions are a bit too much "nouvelle cuisine" and of course prices are quite steep, but i'd say that they are correct for the atmosphere and level of... More

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
