We had noticed this restaurant when walking by it because it was very near the Marriott where we were staying. We stopped in on our last night in Vienna and they happily gave us a lovely table, even though we had no reservation. We chanced...More
All was perfect. A limited menu with very tasty food. Friendly, pleasant and efficient service. Excellent wine with good advice. Very nice and comfortable seating in the yard. Even the price was correct. I wish there were more restaurants like this.
We tried to have a breakfast in this (empty) place, but were rejected, because we did not reserve! It was early, before 08:00AM, and the place was empty, couple of tables were occupied. Host said that they need to serve hotel guests, so no way...More
I was unexpectedly surprised with a day trip to Vienna and our first visit was for lunch at the Clementine im Glashaus... We requested that we sit outside on the terrace to enjoy our lunch embracing the dappled shade of the tree’s and some fresh...More
Whilst we had a good meal the service was atrocious. First we were told no tables available outside which was clearly not the case. Then ignored for long periods of time and to make matters worse the waitress was extremely rude which is not expected...More

We've been before for coffee and loved the setting so were looking forward to a dinner here. The service was very attentive - for that, I give full marks, also the wine list was good and the fresh bread was tasty. But oh boy, was...More
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The
Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
