Really good organic rawfood. Freshly cooked, delicious and beautiful organic shop! Best vegan food in town!

If you need raw or vegan food in the first district during lunchtime- go here. It is a little shop which happens to serve lunch so you can also pick up essentials. Michaela Russman (the owner and cook) is a fabulous cook. Her cookbooks are among my favorites.

I was in Vienna on business and was looking for a place to buy vegan food. This is an organic shop with a restaurant. Every day there is a soup and main course which is vegan and makes for a delicious and reasonable lunch. There is also a great salad bar. You can eat in or take away. I went... More

you can both eat a vegan lunch, freshly cooked every day (but Saturday and Sunday), and buy all food and drink a person, a family needs. Good, but not overwhelming chice of organic fruit and vegetable, bottled juices, wine, bread, cereal, rice, pasta, tea, coffee, nuts, veg. oil, vinegar, flour, beans, cheese, eggs, dairy products - even the milk in... Delicious, organic food in the heart of Vienna. I've been in this place a couple of times not & I'll definitely return. On top of the really high quality of food & the very nice atmosphere, it's also a bargain.

Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
