We do enjoy the food very much. Authentical Cousine with reasonable prices and a good service. A refurnishment may be a good idea in the near future but over all worth a recommendation

We saw the positive reviews and thought we would give it a try. First I would recommend making reservations, we didn't, but fortunately they were able to seat all 5 of us (not a great spot as it was right next to the drafty door but glad we stayed and had a delicious dinner). Three of us had the Pad... More

Visited with my wife. The service was attentive and helpful. The soup, Tom Ka Gai, was fabulous. Their Pad Thai was rather standard (I still enjoyed it immensely), although I personally do not like that they do not remove the tails from cooked shrimp before serving (but apparently, many restaurants don't do that and it's a matter of personal taste).... Waitress is awesome. Finally: no smoking in-doors, which is refreshing as this country is lagging in anti-smoking laws. Food was affordable, tasty and spicy as ordered. Often I find in resturants you just get semi spicy when asking for spicy.

We turned up here without booking but they found a table for us instantly. Very attentive staff and the food was simply wonderful. We had 3 dishes, one a duck, one a fish and the other a chicken curry . All 3 were good and spicy. On the spice level ,they ask you how you like the dish and then add... More

Nice restaurant with friendly staff. It's a small restaurant in a rather quiet neighborhood behind the MuseumsQuartier whitin 10 walk of a metrostation. The dishes were very tasteful but not that big.

Neighborhood Profile
Neubau
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.
