If you're a Gelato lover like me, I think you'll enjoy the Gelato served up at Castelletto. I did. It was quick and reasonably priced. My favorite was the pistachio. This establishment also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as other treats.

Came here for breakfast this morning, wasn't very busy when we entered. We wasn't ready to order when the waitress came to take our order. When then had to wait 20 minutes for her to take our order. Ordered a croissant and omelette for myself and sister ordered breads. Coissant and breads came, half hour later still no omelette. We... More

This is a typical tourism attraction. Here you find ice cream, cakes and coffee/tea offers(maybe some other dishes as well). The Coffee is quiet okay. This restaurant is really loud and busy, so not a perfect place for a business meeting. :)

We just stopped and had a panini and a beer/glass of wine. Good service, nice food, outside eating area undercover and relatively inexpensive. Would have liked to sample the ice cream but was too full.

We ended up here on a Saturday night after a long day trip to Bratislava. It wasn't far from our hotel and we hadn't planned ahead and made reservations anywhere. We got right in for a table for four. The menu is fairly extensive and my son was glad to get a hamburger. Everyone was pleased with their food and... More

Kind of place that is always busy but not sure why. Breakfast was overpriced & service wasn't that welcoming. A small roll & a coffee for breakfast was €4.90. There's better quality & value in Vienna, i.e. Zanoni & Zanoni nearby.

We spent 8 days in Vienna and ate 3 times here. Very nice staff and good food. We ate different plates and they were all perfect. Be prepared to PAY CASH !! At least was the only payment method on December 2016. I forgot my tablet backpack here and came back 30 minutes later to find it well kept.

Ice cream is really good, however there is a room for improvement in terms of service. I get that this place is huge and full of visitors because of good location, but staffs left us unattended for a long period of time.

We had dinner there and breakfast as its location was right next to hotel. It is just ok, not special by any means and prices are relatively high.
