This is one of the best coffee places in Vienna I know. Absolutely perfect brew. I had a cappuccino & a croissant and it was wonderful. It's situated inn the Palais Ferstl Passage and so it's very calm and remote spot to enjoy a delicious...cup of coffee! Very friendly barista as well! I loved it there!More
I had been given a recommendation for the coffee here, and I can say it was right - the coffee is really good quality. I also tried a tea and had the scientific experience (tea weighed out and brew timed to the second). The tea...was good, but I do like to be able to adjust the brew myself. The internal seating area is small, there were about 10 places. There are more seats in the passage outside, but it was a bit too chilly for that. The service was pleasant, the atmosphere was on the lively side of relaxed. The one down side is the location of the toilets (outside, turn left, along the passage, turn right and come back on yourself and then go down the stairs....). Definately a place to sit and relax over a really nice coffee.More
Delicious coffee Super location to stop off from a day exploring the city. It’s not a grand place ( despite the location). The layout is very functional and there isn’t much food on the menu ( croissants ) . Customers are there to enjoy the...incredible coffee and that suited me perfectly (it’s not high on service so don’t go expecting that! ). But the coffee is super and prepared lovingly by the staff !More

You are clearly not welcome here... you have to take your own cup and bring it to your table, nobody smiling to you. Hot chocolate is very strong (can be good or bad if you like it or not). Disappointing by the staff.More

A ‘hole in the wall’ shop with seating for around 20, this great cafe is set inside a beautiful arcade and delivers delicious coffee. Locals on the way to work pop in and out, but those who want to stay for a while to drink...another cup are comfortable and can take their time. The barista was busy and made sure to sample his coffee now and then, really an expert in using his machine. Well done! Visitors can drop in here for an excellent coffee and crispy croissant before continuing their day.More
After having heard so much about this cafe I finally got to try it a week ago. It’s definitely a cute cafe in an excellent location but in my opinion, that’s all. I had a flat white which was, well let’s just say I didn’t...finish it (and that’s my favorite coffee).More
The coffee is nice. However, the staff are dismissive and it made for an unpleasant experience. When i pointed this out in a review, I received an aggressive message, full of contempt from the owner accusing me of lying. It's a very poor way to...run a business and plastering such unprofessional responses for future customers to see is misguided. Don't give your money to a company who cannot accept genuine feedback and clearly holds it's customers with such little regard.More
A little gem - don't be rushed, as they do it properly from scratch. Excellent roast coffee and tea made the proper way and steeped correctly. Friendly service, nice venue and competitive prices, what more would you want?
My wife doesn't like coffee. A good affogado - a scoop of vanilla ice and a shot of ristretto, on the contrary, is something she fancies. And she had 2 of them, meaning: she loved it! I had a coffee "Nitro", meaning cold coffee, shaken,...and pressure air. Special and refreshing!More
We stumbled by chance upon this coffee shop (i had to draw money and there was an ATM in the passage). Our orders were flat white and a cappuccino with an extra shot. The flat white was superb, strong, but not bitter. Later i also...tried the nitrogen coffee, which involves a whole different preparation process. Barista Julia explained the procedure (it involves cold brewed coffee that has been sitting for at least twelve hours, the nitrogen gives it a different texture). It came with ice and tasted fabulous,with a slight whisky undertone. All in all a great experience and a lovely barista. Highly recommendedMore
...but I always drink it double :) Otherwise the place where the caffe is located is very interesting. The staff there is very polite and helpful. I liked the girl a lot ;)
