This was a small breakfast place that managed to sneak in to a couple of travel websites and the Lonely Planet Vienna book we purchased months earlier. Well, not sure what to say here. This was very reminiscent of a college dormitory style restaurant where the plates were stained brown and the smell of cigarettes lingered in the small shop... More

Small quirky place with an eclectic breakfast menu, but sadly the breakfast when it came was very ordinary and the coffee was the worst we had in Vienna.

We were craving an "american-ish" breakfast. This place was the closest we had gotten 14 days into our vacation. We had the french toast , two of them. , porridge , eggs with ham , and eggs with bacon, cappucino and oj. Everything was very tasty but we didnt return again because of the price , our total was 38... More

I found this on tripadvisor and decided to give it a try. I usually like eating breakfasts outside of hotel. This is very small place, offers different breakfasts and will adopt to the need (if you do not like certain cheese or so). It was interesting to see. It feels like you entered somebody's living room. I passed it several... More

I paid way too much for an average meal. It was my first day in Vienna and I was really underwhelmed - I thought "is *this* the famous Austrian coisine?!" Luckily it isn't.

Good food, Austrian and American as well, or fusion of both. Good with families and normal service, uncomparable to the US standards.

This small, intimate breakfast joint is pretty hip. We passed it because signage is pretty small. Two of us got the Cool Hand Luke which is like a frittata. The bread was very good and the tiny cup of coffee (the Viennese like small coffee with big bang flavor). Reasonably priced.

I was looking forward to a unique, American-style breakfast here, but I’m afraid that, while both criteria apply, the food just isn’t particularly tasty. I had an omelette and also pancakes. Not much to say about them. I don’t usually write “negative” reviews on TripAdvisor, but I suppose I’m hoping the owner/manager can raise the bar on the food. Also,... More

This restaurant is not worth the rating given. It is small, not well kept, chairs are not stable. Food really not very good and service slow.

Staying in Wieden

Neighborhood Profile
The fourth district combines elegant tradition with contemporary style and relaxed living. More than a dozen town palaces and churches such as St. Charles Borromeo have added glamour to a neighborhood known for its traditional retail and crafts shops, taverns, cafés. Wieden is also home to Naschmarkt, Vienna’s largest street market.
