Let's start with the good side, the food is fine and tastes ok, however there are many good italian places in Vienna with pizza made on the wood, right? The bad fact is, that the owners totally neglect the interior and service. For me, italian food has to be enjoyed in a decent place, clean, and serviced nicely. The garden... More

We found this out of the way place and I am glad we did. they offer one menu of the day with choices and they also have a big variety of pizzas. I had a veggie pizza, fantastic. My wife had the menu of the day, Ravioli, caprese salad, and profiterole. very good. the owner is Italian, from Modena. Great... More

I've been there a couple of times. I can recommend the pizza Siciliana, the pizza Calzone and the pizza Milanese, all of them tastes very good. A pizza costs about €10 and you can choose additional ingredients for a couple of euros.

Extremely fresh good quality Italian dishes (just like in Italy), and great atmosphere. This place is family run, and our only complaint was the wine - don't try it, but other than that the food was simply amazing. We had two different pasta dishes and an Antipasto misto and were very surprised (in a good way). This is a great... More

Found this place on trip advisor as it was not too far from our hotel. We had a good pizza in the yard which was great. Would recommend.

We had our first meal here in Vienna. Worth taking the time to find the restaurant. The pizza very tasty and overall very good value with the wine. A small place to sit outside but god on a hot evening. Seems like a family run business.

A charming Italian restaurant that fills up almost immediately after being empty at 630pm. Perhaps the best pizza in Vienna, but don't limit yourself to this even if the name of the restaurant indicates otherwise. Each of the dishes is classic Italian and better than most we've had in Italy. The AperolSpritz, not on the menu, is done to perfection.... More

What startet in the cold and damp garden ended in a warm and cozy niche inside with a wonderful pizza - what a lovely place! Thank you Giovanni!

Neighborhood Profile
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins.
