Recently we were in Vienna and our hotel was right down the street from this place. The lines were always long so we decided we had to try the gelato. It's amazing! We had to go every day we were there. So many flavors to try and every one we tried was good. I only wish this place was in... More

After many rave reviews I had to visit this legendary ice cream place at Schwedenplatz. Unfortunately, I'm not able to share the positive impression of many other visitors. The ice cream was so sweet I could barely taste the flavours, never mind finish my scoop. The mouth feel was weird, too, simultaneously oily and watery. Will not be visiting again,... More

Hands down the best! And San Francisco prides itself on it's local mom and pop ice cream shops. I got banana (that tasted like they'd just blended up a frozen banana) and something with berries and maybe almond. I had to guess and the flavors since I don't speak German and there's no translation so I went with one I... More

We were having lunch and noticed almost everyone in the vicinity heading towards this ice cream parlor. Of course we had to try it and so so glad we did! Excellent gelato. Soft and delicious! We have been going there every single day. Give it a try, you will love it just like we do.

I was on the tram when I saw a huge line at this place. I decided I'd swing by after dinner, and I don't regret it at all. My mom tried to take a picture of me in front of the store, and we had a good laugh when we noticed the servers making funny faces in the background. My... More

I love ice cream, and tried several places. After tasting the ice cream here, all I have to say is that it was not one on the "top" on my list.

Great ice cream selection and a bustling atmosphere. The service is not the best in the world, but the ice cream selection makes up for it. In fact, one could make some great observations on the Viennese style customer service.

For me best icecream in Wien. Big choice of flavours, big portions, very tasty icecream. I like also the place-to stay on bench in front of salon and enjoy icecream even if it is always full not only people but also pigeons :)

Super place offering a whole range of gelatos at extremely reasonable price... I personally loved their chocolate and strawberry ice creams. We kept going to this place throughout our stay in Vienna. N the staff is awesome, ever smiling and helpful. I met their owner - a sweet friendly lady, who was delighted when we told her how we were... More
