As an American traveling abroad, it’s rare that I find a breakfast that satisfies my ordinary but large appetite for breakfast. This place did that and more. In a lovely tea house atmosphere I had a sumptuous breakfast with everything I could wish for all...More

It is right off the main pedestrian street in Vienna. Located inside an olde-worlde lovely shop that you might enjoy browsing in on your way out. The restaurant is a small cafe-like setting with so many types of breakfast that offer soul food for travelers...More

Enjoy your coffee or tea together with typical Viennese pastries like apple strudel, in a relaxed indoor and outdoor setting. Also, next door they sell sweets like candy and chocolate.

We stumbled across this place while out for a walk. It just beckoned with its arched ceilings and laid back vibe. The servers were friendly and helpful and the service was speedy. They brought a board with those wonderful Austrian breads and a ham spread....More

We stumbled upon this as we were walking round the centre. It’s behind the main cathedral in the square. Super good sandwiches and cakes and great drinks (hot and cold). We were too early for afternoon tea but I bet it’s fabulous. The attached shop...More

We had breakfast here this morning and it was perfect. Everything tastes very fresh and the tea selection was sensational. I would definitely recommend this place just make sure to book in advance as it can get booked up very quickly.

Not sure why this place is so highly rated beyond its very central location. Service is deathly slow... food is ok and there’s a lot of choice for breakfast but nothing incredible

The place offers a fantastic location right in the center of the city, as well as a great breakfast menu and an even better tea menu. Also, the prices were quite good, especially for the city center, with breakfast menus varying around 11-16 euro. This...More

Whenever I stay in Vienna, I go once a day at Haas&Haas on the cathedral's square. I love the cosy atmosphere, the impeccable service, the fine food, lovely home-baked bread, the beautiful loose teas selection. I feel welcome and looked after, with discretion.
