among the best indian food resturants out of india. I use to eat indian food evry place i travell the world and this one defenetly one of the best. Tali , mango lassi and pickled chutny were deliciuse and the service was exallent.
Small place serving really good, authentic Indian not far from Westbahnhof. We're a bit 'snobbish' and critical of Indian food and this one was a pleasant surprise. Simple atmosphere and good general menu and all 3 dishes we tried were above average and quite authentic....Appreciated that they made them all at 'Indian-level' spicy which often in this part of Europe it's hard to get them to do properly. This is 3rd or 4th Indian we've tried in Vienna and by far the best food. Only seats ~15 people but does take-away and delivery as well.More
Went there with a friend while visiting Vienna. We were greeted with a kind smile by the waiter and provided english menus. The food we ordered was delicious, I especially enjoyed the Mango Lassi (a traditional indian drink), and the lamb korma. The waiter was...occasionally coming up to our table to make sure everything is alright, which I appreciated. The place is also small and cozy and not too crowded, making the experience even better.More
We happened to come across little India when we searched for local Indian restaurants in the area. We were greeted with a warm welcome and quickly provided with a English menu. The prices are reasonable, food is tasty and hot, and the drinks are ice...cold. I definitely recommend this restaurant if your wanting to step out of the hustle of central Vienna and enjoy traditional Indian cuisine!More
This is not city centre where waiters are tired to serve people and smile and make you feel that. The restaurant is small but you can feel the Indian culture as you go in because you are welcomed with a smile!! Excellent service and very...good food!! The chicken tikka was tender and spicy... delicious! As well as for the lamb... it's a pity we were just on holiday in Vienna... this is the kind of restaurant I would like to have near homeMore
Simply amazing. Fresh, authentic, homemade. Value for money is very good. They are very nice and we felt very welcome. Not many tables. The terrace is also small and on a busy street. I loved it and will go there again for sure.
I love this place! Comfortable and friendly, yes. But the best thing is that the food is terrific! A side note: I had a very bad cough this winter and am positive the Huhnersuppe worked better than any antibiotic!!! Everything on the menu is wonderful...but the Samosas are amazing as are the daily specials. I live nearby and often order delivery of 3 meals at a time as I prefer their cooking to my own!!More
