Been there with my friend. Took teas & a cake. Tasty all. Service wasn't fast. Free wifi. Less than 10 euro you should pay to enter the tower.
With a great 360º view of the city, you can enjoy really nice food. The service its great, really recommend to try it.
the elevator experience was slightly frightening the panoramic view from upstairs was breath-holding but make sure the weather is letting you see long distance worth the price
