Tichy is a legend. No, make this LEGEND. Before I moved to Vienna, a visit to this ice-cream parlour was the highlight of every visit. Conveniently/dangerously, my relatives lived on the same street. When I was a student, my friends and I made it our mission to try the whole menu. Not an easy task, but we did well. My... More

TICHY is one of the famous culinary highlights of Vienna. It offers tasty and all in all not very expensive ice cream compositions, different to the "normal" ones, for example the legendary "Eismarillenknödel". It is definitely worth a visit, but be aware it could be very busy as a lot of people and tourists go there. As you normally won't... More

It is one off the most popular ice cream shops in town be prepared to fight for your ice cream. I is good a bit to sweet for my preference. If are after there special creations like ice apricot dumplings or tartufo or ready made ice boxes with six flavours try the side entrance and you can bypass a lot... More

Original styled interior. Best ice cream in the universe. Will ruin your taste for any other ice cream. So beware.

Excellent ice cream shop right outside Reumannplatz station. You will definitely see ads for it around Vienna and yes it is worth the trip! They have a great selection of flavours as well as sundaes and cakes. If you can get a seat they also have a small outside patio. The prices are also very low so it's a great... More

I had pistachio and hazelnut for just 2 euros and the lady gave me so much that the ice cream was dripping within seconds after she handed the cone to me! there were bits of nuts in the ice cream which was delicious.

Excellent ice-cream - you should not miss it when in Vienna! Must try! We had ice-cream at Tichy at Reumannplatz - cozy place, but always full, always queue, but worth it! I doubt I have ever had such tasty fine ice-cream in my life!

Tichy is a very traditional ice-cream parlour that offers a pretty limited range of flavours. I personally found the ice cream a little bit sweet, although very creamy. However, the famous Marilleneisknödel is a must, if even for its looks only - and it tastes good, too. The stuff is very friendly and the place is brimming with life: there... More

It's worth the drive, albeit in a not so tourist area that's crowded. The ice cream dumplings are soso. The gelato is amazing

Huge selection of ice-creams for all taste-buds. I tried the Sachertorte-Ice-Cream, and enjoyed it very much!
