We visited this restaurant after it was highly recommended and wow it certainly didn't disappoint. The staff were lovely, the food was amazing full of flavour and in all honesty by far the best Italian food I've eaten. We had starters and mains, the portion size of starter was like a main course and when my main came I could... More

This was a dinner with colleagues and friends. Food ordered were some common starters and individual portions of mains. Portions were quite generous. Wine selection was quite average and pricing was a tad high.

I visit the restaurant everytime I'm in Vienna. Unfortunately my experience is deteriorating. The quality of food was better in past, prices are going up. Not the best price to experience ratio these days. Hopefully will get better anytime soon.

This place was a nice change from the local traditional food. It was very good for unique Italian dishes. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

If you want to eat Al Fresco there are some nice tables out front. But if you want to immerse yourself in a delightful meal go through to the back. Excellent menu and impressive wine list along with professional service. We had a great evening.

If you want to pay a lot for snobby and unfriendly service, choose this place. Otherwise, the are so many Italian-mediterranean restaurants with better service! And the food does not correspond with the prices at all. No-no-no!!!

We enjoyed a lovely buffet brunch (although I would call it lunch) on the outdoor terrace of Hotel Danieli. Delicious food with many options, friendly waiters, Robertini and Gueiseppi especially took great care in making our experience the best. The amazing views over the lagoon, islands and Venice skyline during a sunny, clear day is simply breathtaking. Hotel Danieli is... More

Actually it is below average. Grilles rib eyes, rissotto and especially lasagne was the worst I ever ate. Wine is OK, service is good.

We had a lovely traditional Italian meal in Vienna. The menu is complimented by daily specials. The wine menu was quite extensive and our waiter was very helpful with appropriate explanations of wines covering the grape varieties we mentioned. His selection was fabulous. The service provided by him was great complimented by a beautiful meal.

All pasta recipies are the best. Antipasti like buratta, are the best. The service is very good and the waiters very polite.

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
