I love the people who run this place. While the restaurant is great - with an awesome menu, the owner and staff are what makes the difference. Genuine, hearty Austrian fare, attentive service, kind people...that works for us every time!

Visiting Vienna we discovered Paul Restaurant one evening and enjoyed the meal, service, ambience and wine list so much we returned for our last dinner before flying home. Even more, their pricing ensures great value for the investment. Their veal chop (cutlet) crusted with Parmesan...More

Finding ourselves unexpectedly staying in Vienna, this was the closest restaurant to our hotel and being tired, we decided to eat there without giving it too much thought. Glad we did. It was very hot so we sat outside - this is ok as the...More

I will spare you the detail. This place offers a wonderful balance between the casual and the highly refined. I had no problems with a range of seven dishes, spread over two separate visits. The Staff were all delightful. Absolutely polite, friendly, adaptable. It was...More

Very nice restaurant. We had dinner here, gazpacho was the best I ever tried. I ordered a Viennese schnitzel - unfortunately it was a bit tough and definitely did not fit the category of the restaurant. On the other hand, the service was superb.
