The staff is well trained, very friendly, they always keep an eye open, they are present without being present..... Really good guys. Atmosphere is nice, great mix of people. Lots of nice cocktails on the menu and whiskey but some high end vodkas are missing, that is the only thing I personally miss as a vodka drinker.... Otherwise very well... More

We often enjoy a late night drink during winter or summer. Service is good as well as the outside sitting area.

The options for places to go to on a Sunday evening in Innsbruck are limited. The Penz Fifth Floor bar was open and served up good cocktails and an Australian head barman who was informative and chatty about the area. All in all, a nice way to spend an evening.

Service is good, location is quite good, though I wouldn't quite call it a rooftop bar (it is on the roof, but all closed and lower thsn most of the surrounding buildings). The plants and surroundings make it a nice oasis that disconnects a bit from the surrounding location.

For great drinks, excellent drinks, super service, and perhaps the best viewS in town, this is the place! We stayed in the Penz and wandered up after an afternoon out. What a relaxing experience we had. Great non-alcoholic drinks were available for our 12 and 14-year old daughters and we had tasty cocktails chosen from an inviting menu with apt... More

We often go have some cocktails there. Decent waiters, amazing view. The cocktails are very good not too pricy. Recommend!

I visited the 5th floor for breakfast during my stay with family in the hotel. One of the best breakfast in Europe. The staff were equally good and courteous. This standard of service is generally rare in that part of the world.

We stopped here after a day of sightseeing around innsbruck for some pre-dinner drinks on the 5th floor. We were the only ones there when we first arrived and we were served some nibbles to accompany our drinks. The outside seating area is nice and there were heaters and blankets should you get a little chilly. Very pleasant bar to... More

The staff are friendly and they are very knowledgeable about the menu. There is a great selection of cocktails and spirits to choose from. I would recommend the Manhattan! The bar is accessed through the Penz hotel entrance. There's a lift to the right, which will take you there directly. I have only ever sat inside but they do have... More

I usually don't enjoy hotel bars, this one changed that. The martinis are of the perfect quality, the Harvey whalbanger is spot on incredible. The atmosphere is just brilliant and staff won us over on friendliness. Perfect for a night cap, with music on Friday and Saturday nights. I didn't catch his name but special thanks to the Aussie working... More
