What kind of restaurant doesn't have a menu so you have to ask what's available and then ask the prices? Food was reasonable but then again not everyone loves a cup full of parmesan on their pasta as it came out.

That is what distinguishes us from the others. Our food prepared so fresh we don´t have time to get the menu written down, our waiters take care of explainig all the details rather than give a cold written page. Food prices are exposed. A real Italian restaurant makes the sauces with cheese, we suggest you to ask to have without... More

Great little Italian place away from the tourists. Where the locals eat Italian. No menu, but three choices of pasta changing every day. Ask for the antipasti and enjoy some meats and cheeses straight from the deli counter inside. Reasonable prices, friendly staff.

very, very good food. As other reviews say, no menu here, just three special pastas... Meat, seafood, veggie. We had a pasta with a chopped sausage, truffles, in a light cream sauce... Outstanding, i mean excellent. Pasta was al dente, sauce was not overpowering, not too creamy. Price was also very reasonable. Service was a bit choppy, but ok. Also... More

Dropped in en route to station after long and weary day sight seeing! Waiter explained that there was no menu and we made our choice of sea food spaghetti and pork bolognese. Both delicious, and starter of meat and cheese varied and generous, all with a half carafe decent wine. Ample to eat and all for less than €40. Would... More

Had two meals there during my stay in Salzburg. Fairly near Mirabelleplatz. Menu of 3 pastas changes every day. Owned and operated by italians. A taste of Italy in beautiful Salzburg. Great cosy place.

This place was around the corner from our hostel and my partner and I decided to give it a go. We were a little unsure at first as there is no menu to select from however the food here is AMAZING! We were in utter shock of the quality and the price. If we ever visit Salzburg again, we will... More

We stumbled upon this place by sheer good luck and had a lovely lunch of fresh pasta. We could see it being made right there, i.e. the pasta itself, then the meal. There's a top delicatessen there too, with superb salamis, cheese and bread. The tall male waiter was really good once we got chatting with him. Very helpful. They... More

If you like italian food, please visit this restaurant when you are in Salzburg. Warning: No Menu. Just the day's special. And they were good. Maybe a tad too salty to my liking, but, generous antipasto, al dente pasta... great dessert. Acceptable service level. Compared to Istra, Pasta e Vino was definitely Italian trained! So service was acceptable for Austrian... More

This was our best meal in Salzburg. The food was fresh and creative. The house wine was great, and the staff were warm and congenial. A definite must for any looking for a great Italian meal.
