We got a table for 3 and ordered plenty in drinks and food. After an hour we were asked to pay and leave or move to bar stools. We did move right next to the table we had been sitting at. In the time we sat at bar no one was seated at our former table. This was very rude... More

Very quaint building and probably the most popular eating and drinking spot in town. Can get busy later at night so you may have to book a table if eating after 9pm. Restaurant opens at 7pm. Inside the building is a treat to behold and fitted out in typical tyrol fashion. The pizzas are great and the shared platters are... More

Ate here several times during our stay. Possibly the most ignorant staff I have ever encountered. Asked to leave our table half way through the meal. Expected tips. Have travelled extensively and this is without doubt the worst service of the lot.

A great place for our last night out in Obertauern. We were in the permanent tent during a windy and snowy night. The food was very good and the portions were large. The benches were also a nice area for the young ones to fall asleep while the parents continued to dine.

We went there for dinner after a day skiing. Food was ok, nothing fancy but fine. The service was very attentive and nice since we were 10 people ordering something every 5 minutes. What was really upsetting was that it was allowed to smoke inside...

This restaurant deserve its fame. We tried the restaurant several times in the last few years and never brought disappointment. The interior is cosy - the menu is rich .This time we had been eating rumpsteak, home made pizza and gernknodel (dumpling with puppy). All food was high quality. Service was quick and kind . The place is not noisy... More

Good menu and nice wholesome food. Interesting place - not sure what happens in the cages in the evening! Can ski to the back door. Watch out for the smoking area - it's quite large - not so good if you don't smoke!

Good service, yummy goulash soup. Toilets are on the same level, so you don't have to negotiate stairs in ski boots
